1 (375ml) tin evaporated milk 1/2 cup sugar |
250ml water |
100g sultanas |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon vanilla essence |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder Methods 1. Put all ingredients in a slow cooker. 2. Cook for 2 hours on medium heat or until the rice is tender. 3. Serve in a bowl. |
